All of our soft play packages include our full 10' x 13' setup so there's no need to upgrade to a larger package to get more fun! This size allows us to incorporate all of our available soft play equipment. If you have a smaller space, we're happy to customize the setup to fit your venue while still creating a fun and engaging play area.

Our soft play setups are designed for babies, toddlers, and young children. Most equipment is best suited for children ages 6 months to 5 years old.

We offer all-day rentals so there is no need to rush your celebration. We'll coordinate setup before your event and return afterward for pickup and tear down.

Yes! We handle all setup and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your event.

For soft play equipment, a shaded area is required. We cannot set up soft play in direct sunlight for extended periods due to equipment temperatures and child safety concerns.
For safety reasons, we do not set up outdoors during rain, strong winds, extreme heat (85 degrees or more), or other unsafe weather conditions. We may choose to relocate the setup indoors or cancel the outdoor portion of the rental if conditions are unsafe.

If severe weather prevents us from safely setting up your rental, we offer the option to reschedule your event or receive a full refund.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking date. This goes towards your total booking price. The remaining balance is due the day before your event at the latest.
We accept payment through electronic invoices. Payment instructions will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Absolutely! We specialize in creating customized setups that match your party theme, colors, and vision. We offer custom vinyl decals for soft play equipment, bounce houses, and event displays to create a personalized experience. Custom balloon garlands are also available!
